• Basic personal and corporate concierge services rate is $25.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
• Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments
• Cost of merchandise or any fees are client’s responsibility
• 1st 15 miles included in hourly rate, additional mileage is charged at 51 cents per mile (based on IRA 2008 Standard Mileage Rates)
LS Concierge Services offers a wide range of services to help you manage your busy life. The services available to you through LS Concierge Services are limited only by your imagination. If you do not see a service that is listed, contact us and as long as it is legal and feasible we will do our best to help.
Basic personal and corporate concierge services package rates apply when you prepay or set up a concierge account. The service hour costs are deducted as services are performed.
Monthly Packages
• Standard: 10 hours/month - $237.50
• Premium: 15 hours/month - $337.50
• VIP: 20 hours/monthly - $425.00
Hours must be used 30 days from the date of purchase. Save 5% on additional single hours purchased during the same 30 days.
LS Concierge Services can custom tailor a package to fill your needs. Annual packages are also available; please contact us to set up an appointment.
Payment
• Hourly rate service payments are due at the completion of services
• Monthly Packages are paid in advance
• Cash, Checks and Visa or MasterCard are excepted
Unused Hours: All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, LS Concierge Services requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide notice will result in the full price of service being charged.
Fee Information: 1 hour minimum will be billed in 15 minute increments as many services will be completed within that hour. Cost of any purchases is Not included in hourly rate.
•Pet services:
$15.00 per visit for one visit per day $13.00 per visit for two or more visits per day* *Additional blocks of time may be reserved for $5.00 per 10 minutes
Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of Montana Rabies Vaccination.
The in-home pet-care solution: Is a relief to most owners who no longer have to impose on family, friends or neighbors. Advantages for your Pet: Your pet remains in his or her safe environment were all the sights, smells, and sounds are familiar. We will follow your pets’ customary diet; exercise routine and medical treatments. Another advantage is your pet is not exposed to illnesses or parasites from other animals. He /She receives love and personal attention while the owner is away. So what's next? During our complimentary interview with you, I will get to know your pets and their daily routines. I will ask you about their feeding and medication schedules and their individual habits and exercise routines. I will also request your emergency contact information, vet, etc. and then pick up your key.
Out-of-Town Travel: When you are away on vacation or business travel we will visit your home between one and four times per day, as directed by you, and provide the following services: Serve meals, treats and fresh water, as directed and exercise or play with your pet. Administer medications as directed; clean up pet accidents; bring in mail, newspapers, fliers and packages; rotate lights; raise/lower shades; bring trash cans in/out for refuse collection etc etc.
Dog Walking Services: If you work long hours and would like your dog to have some company and exercise in the middle of the day, we will provide the following services: 20-minute walks or playtime once or twice during the day, fresh water and treats and pet accident clean up.
Are you expecting a delivery at home? Does a service person, phone, cable, or the repairman need to get into your home but you will be out at work or out of town? No problem! Waiting Service: 4-hour block/$75.00
Out-of-Town Travel: When you are away we will keep your property safe when you cannot be there. We will visit your home between one and four times per day, as directed by you, and provide the following services: Bring in mail, newspaper, fliers and packages, rotate lights raise/lower shades, bring trash cans in/out for refuse collection. Fee: $15.00 per visit for one visit per day $13.00 per visit for two or more visits per day
Grocery Shopping: To receive your groceries simply fill out our grocery list. Please be as specific as possible. If your preferences are unavailable, a comparable product will be substituted. We will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and payment information. Cancellations accepted 48 hrs in advance - all others subjected to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
